Live orders pulled straight from Shopify — no more manual URL pasting. Each order's approved image(s), style/finish/costume/theme choices, and nameplate text are parsed automatically from the order note. Click Convert to generate the actual 3D print file for that order.
No orders yet. New Mini You orders will show up here automatically — hit Refresh after a customer checks out.
Fallback / test-mode tool — paste an approved image URL directly (the studio's Test Mode link at ?test=1 opens this page pre-filled), pick the pose, and generate the 3D file.
This calls the same Meshy image-to-3d pipeline as the customer studio, just triggered manually per order/test instead of per preview attempt — keeps credit usage down since the 2D preview studio never generates a mesh on every retry.
Researched for the U1's 4-toolhead SnapSwap system — settings below reflect community-tested values as of early 2026. Re-check the Snapmaker wiki periodically since Snapmaker Orca is still in beta.
Slicer: use Snapmaker Orca (a purpose-built OrcaSlicer fork for the U1), not stock OrcaSlicer — it ships with U1 printer/tool-change G-code built in, so you skip manual toolhead-parking setup. For true full-color gradient/blended effects (not just per-part colors), use the Full Spectrum fork instead — same base, adds virtual mixed-color filaments.
First-time calibration (Calibration menu, in this order):
Tree supports: Support Type → Tree(Auto). Uses 25–50% less material than normal supports and can angle around overhangs instead of dropping straight down — good default for a chibi figure's arms/hair overhangs.
Variable / full-color layering (Full Spectrum fork only, Print Settings → Others → Dithering): set Dithering Cadence Height A/B to control the ratio between two blended filaments (e.g. 0.3mm + 0.15mm ≈ 2:1 blend) and Dithering Step Size to your layer height for smooth transitions, or larger for visible color banding as a style choice.
| Setting | Default | Optimized |
|---|---|---|
| Outer Wall Speed | — | ≥210 mm/s (confirm via VFA test) |
| Inner Wall Speed | — | 210 mm/s (match outer) |
| Wall Printing Order | Outer/Inner | Inner/Outer/Inner |
| Z-Hop Type (all 4 extruders) | Auto | Normal — fixes the Z-axis knocking/layer-shift bug |
| Prime Tower Width | 30 mm | 20 mm |
| Prime Volume | ~45 mm³ | 15–18 mm³ (up to 35–45 mm³ if you see color bleed) |
| Minimal Purge on Wipe Tower | 60 mm³ | 10 mm³ |
| Prime Tower Wall Type | — | Rectangle (or Rib if it topples on tall prints) |
Run the built-in VFA test (Calibration menu, range 100–300 mm³/s) before locking in wall speed — temporarily set Max Volumetric Speed high (~200 mm³/s) in filament settings so the test isn't flow-limited, then read off the speed where ripples disappear.
